Suzanne has more than 30 years of diverse health care experience and has worked with nearly every area of health care. Suzanne is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)® by the Compliance Certification Board and is Certified in Change Management (CCPM)® by Prosci. Suzanne is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Virginia Bar.
For the past two decades, Suzanne has helped health care entities achieve and maintain improved outcomes. Suzanne possesses hands-on expertise in regulatory compliance, patient safety and quality. She has presented nationally on a number of topics at national meetings and has served as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS)-approved Onsite Quality Expert on four Systems Improvement Agreements (SIAs). Suzanne’s background includes work with virtually every area of healthcare including academic medical centers, private hospitals, behavioral health hospitals, clinical laboratories, long-term care, solid organ transplantation, start-up organizations, among others. Suzanne is sensitive and perceptive in understanding healthcare operational, compliance and quality issues. She enjoys partnering with her clients to uncover root causes and provide efficient and effective solutions.
